We have the room - you have the idea!
AgileTD is known for its spontaneous wasy of realising community ideas - agility is not only what we preach it is also our way of organizing the conference. In the past we had several ideas that just popped up during the event and we made room for it and offered awesome sessions that just came up as an result after an insoring session or an hallway chat.
We decided to offer and plan not to many stuff for the Thursday night to keep some rooms empty for your own ideas and creativity.
At any time, from now on until November 21st, Thursday night itself you can pitch us your ideas for a pop-up session.
Therefore we created a google form, just fill it out and answer the questions to offer us your idea!
A pop-up session can be anything: a game you want to host, a special interest group on certian kind of topic (which is not covered during the event), a pitch for an encounter group, a session format that is filling a gap and many more ...!
Things we had in the past: a workshop about anxiety, a group meeting on Autism, different Mental Health related discussuon groups, a pop-up party with music to dance together, a poem reading club, a karaoke session ... the list goes on and on.

PLEASE NOTE: no remuneration, no travel cost support - this should not be a way or chance to become an official speaker including the speaker benefits. If your session idea has any costs involved this should not be a show stopper, just mention the costs and we wil check if we can take care of this.
