1. Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH is organizer of this lottery in connection with a survey.
2. Participation is free of charge and independent of purchase of goods or services. With the participation the user accepts the terms and conditions.
3. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate. Employees and staff members of Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH and their associated person concerning the concept and realization of the lottery are not eligible to participate. The lottery participant is the one whose e-mail address has been used for the posting of the survey. Multiple registrations are prohibited. An informal or repeated participation of a player caused a disqualification.
4. Only the prize specified in the lottery will be awarded for lottery participants. The lottery will be terminated on September 30, 2011. All e-mails received after September 30, 2011 at 23:59:59 h Central European Time (GMT+1) cannot be considered for the lottery.
5. The winner will be informed contemporaneously by using the personal data given at the registration. The winner has to confirm immediately the receipt of the winning notification to Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH not later than October 15, 2011. Failing this Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH reserves the right to identify a new winner by a new lottery drawing. By accepting the prize the winner consents Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH and associated parties the use of the personal data for advertising purposes without recompense.
6. Transfer formalities for the first prize will be settled individually with the winner. The winner will get free entrance for the conference Agile Testing Days only on November 15–17, 2011; furthermore free entrance for the evening events. The winner bears the travel costs, hotel costs and subsistence expenses.
7. A cash payment or change of prize is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The winner accepts the essential prize changes, which are caused by external influences.
8. Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without reason.
9. Your personal data relating to this lottery can be used and saved by Díaz & Hilterscheid Unternehmensberatung GmbH and their cooperating survey sponsors for advertising purposes. A data sharing with other parties are not allowed. In the event that we wish to use or process your personal data for any additional purposes, then we will acquire your consent. You are always free to revoke your consent to future use of your personal data. To do so, please send an e-mail to award@diazhilterscheid.de. We will not use your data for advertising purposes anymore and will delete them after informing the winner of the lottery. Participation in the lottery is not excluded by a revocation.
