This yoga inspired and LesMills certified class will be a blessing for your body, soul and mind. You will learn some methods and exercises that you can use throughout the whole day to reload your batteries again and again! We will flow through a mixture of Yoga, TaiChi & Pilates movements, breathing and attention exercises to strengthen your whole body, but you will leave the class relaxed and happy.
FOR THE YOGA SESSIONS ARE NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED. WE WILL HAVE TOWELS AVAILABLE FOR YOU, BUT EVEN THOSE WON'T BE NEEDED. DON'T WORRY, NO HARDCORE EXERCISES WILL BE DONE & YOU WON'T SWEAT. THE FOCUS OF THIS YOGA SESSIONS IS TO RELAX. THIS SESSION IS MADE FOR EVERYONE, ALSO FOR EVERYONE WHO NEVER EVER TRIED YOGA BEFORE.
