Shuqi Jiang

Shuqi has been living and working in Germany since 2009. She started her career as a SAP consultant. By accident, she got to know agile testing. Since then, she has been passionately working as an agile quality advocate for almost seven years.

She has diversified experience into agile testing which includes test management,  microservices testing, test automation strategy, agile testing process improvement. She has been working as agile tester, quality enabler, test manager and product owner for different projects.  Her main focus is to help agile teams to develop and tailor test automation strategy to reach their goals. Rather than only focus on testing, she is a big fan of the holistic approach to integrate quality into each part of the development lifecycle. She deepy believes that helping the teams to establish an agile mindset is much more important than just show them how a particular tool works.

In addtion, she is also very active in different testing communities and participats diferent workshops to learn new software testing trends and get to know the people all around the world.
