Head of Agentic Quality Engineering @ Cognitum One
Dragan Spiridonov (Profa) is Head of Agentic Quality Engineering at Cognitum One and Founder of Quantum Quality Engineering, a consultancy bridging classical quality engineering with agentic AI. With 30 years in IT and 12+ years in QA/QE, he now focuses on making AI agents accountable for the quality of their work.
A practitioner of context-driven testing, Holistic Testing, and Rapid Software Testing, Dragan created the Agentic QE framework and open-source platform and adapted the PACTS Framework for quality engineering contexts. He built three open-source agentic testing platforms and shares production lessons on The Quality Forge blog. As an Agentics Foundation ambassador, he leads the Serbian chapter and organizes regular local meetups. His recent work includes publishing on AI's impact on QA/QE leadership and speaking at international conferences about lessons learned from building testing platforms with agents.
He teaches as "Profa" (Professor), translating complex concepts into actionable practices.
