Having covered off the basic forms of Machine Learning in the previous third vlog episode, we’ll now take a dive into the heart of a commercial chatbot, considering how they work, and how they can be useful. On the way we’ll look at some basic levels of design such as how they greet you, their default answers and how they respond to requests for help. Going beyond this, we’ll consider how what are the best methods to test such systems.
